Questions
Do I need to attend the First Love Reset first?
Not required. If you haven't attended the free workshop, that's okay — we recommend it because it gives you a taste of the formation approach, but it's not a prerequisite.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither — it's formation. It draws on elements of both, but the primary frame is identity and alignment work rooted in faith. Think of it as structured, intentional inner work with a high-caliber cohort.
What's the time commitment?
One 90-minute live session every two weeks, plus personal reflection time in between. Most women report 2–3 hours per week total. Sessions are recorded if you can't attend live.
Are payment plans available?

How many women are in the cohort?
The founding cohort is intentionally small — designed for depth, not volume. The intimate size is a core part of the experience.
